While fans bid adieu to the family-centred drama "Parenthood" on Jan. 29, 2015 on NBC, the show has a lot from the finale. Ardent watchers of the series will finally get some closure as their journey with its characters comes to an end.

Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) had a heart attack in previous episodes and in the last one he was left with the crucial decision to opt for risky surgery or be privy to an aneurism. When he rejected the surgery, viewers started speculating if he would die in the finale. Sarah (Lauren Graham) pushed her wedding date to Hank (Ray Romano) in order for her father to be present during her wedding. The finale will center on Sarah's wedding with Hank but whether Zeek will stay alive after the wedding is questionable, according to International Business Times.

Haddie (Sarah Ramos) declared she was a bisexual in season five's finale and ran off to Europe for her adventure. Fans haven't seen much of her, but she will make a comeback for the final episode of "Parenthood".

TVLine reports that Ryan (Matt Lauria) will appear in the season finale, despite being unavailable to father his child due to his PTSD. Sarah's exes won't seem to cause any trouble, as Mark (Jason Ritter) already showed up in this season's previous episodes to give her closure. Reportedly, Seth (John Corbett) also received closure and got to see his grandchild but the scene was cut for the final viewing, according to another report by TVLine.

The tumultuous relationship between Joel and Julia may get better with the duo getting back together after a two-year break. However, their troubles are far from over. A tear-jerking episode is to be expected, with ample love and renewed hope as the final episode of "Parenthood" airs on Thursday at 10 p.m. EST.
