PlayStation Plus December 2016 Free Games list rumors: Six titles launched, including 'Invisible, Inc.' and 'Stories: The Path of Destinies'

It is indeed a time for celebration. The start of December means that subscribers of the PlayStation Plus program have a new set of games waiting to be played. PlayStation recently announced that six titles will be made available for this month, including "Invisible, Inc." and "Stories: The Path of Destinies."

"Invisible, Inc." is slated to launch for PS4 consoles. The console edition of the video game is a mix of turn-based strategy and espionage. Canadian gaming studio Klei Entertainment developed the game and launched it last May 12, 2015. In the game, players need to have stealth, technology, and teamwork to win

"Stories: The Path of Destinies" is also arriving on PS4 consoles. The action role-playing game developed by Spearhead Games follows the hero Reynardo, who traverses evolving worlds. The game made its debut this year, on Apr. 12.

IN|Framez Technology's 3D shooter video game "Hyper Void" will be available on PS3 consoles starting this month. It was first released on Feb. 10, 2015.

The action-packed bite-sized arcade shooter video game developed by Plunge Interactive, "Tiny Troopers Joint Ops," is also slated to launch on PS3 consoles. Players will have control over miniature troopers, and the goal of the game is to defeat the adversaries before it defeats the troops.

"Color Guardians" will be available on PS Vita this month, as well. The fast action side-scrolling game has over 70 levels. It offers colorful worlds and exciting gameplay. Players need to collect items while avoiding obstacles. Game developer Fair Play Labs first introduced the title on May 12, 2015.

Last but not the least, Terry Cavanagh, Nicalis, and Simon Roth's 2010 2D puzzle platform video game "VVVVVV" will also be available on PS Vita consoles.

Prior to the announcement, various gamers and publications came up with their own wishlist. Push Square previously speculated that "Gravity Rush: Remastered" will be included on the list this month. Aside from this, "Tearaway Unfloded," "N ," and "Knack" were rumored to be on the December 2016 roster, but unfortunately didn't make it. Perhaps, the games will be available in the following months.
