PlayStation Plus Free Games for February 2015: PS Vita game is Criminal Girls

What are the new free games offered in PlayStation Plus for February?

While it's still not yet confirmed how many free games are going to be released next month, there's a huge possibility that one of them would be "Criminal Girls: Invite Only for the PS Vita."

That's because this is the only one among the list of February releases that is slated for February 3, which is traditionally the date when Sony releases its free game offerings.

It's still uncertain how many games are going to be offered for free because Sony usually varies the numbers. In January, Sony decided to offer four games for free but the number can still change depending on what is available. The number of free games can be anywhere between three and six.

What is PlayStation Plus?

The PlayStation Plus is a subscription service that lets PS owners access certain features for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita. These features include online multiplayer on PS4, free games every month, online game save storage, and game discounts.

The online multiplayer feature lets gamers play with people from a different location. This makes games like The Last of Us and Call of Duty a lot more enjoyable because you get to play with hard-core gamers from different parts of the world.

Free games are up for grabs each month. These free titles could be older games that you may have not yet tried, so this is a good way to catch up on your games.

Subscribers can also enjoy up to 75% off games.

The past two months have been great for PS Plus. Sony released two amazing games: Injustice and InFamous. Some believe that this is to make up for the downtime Sony's network experienced during the Christmas period. Fans are hoping that the February releases are just as good.
