Sony PlayStation announced the official line-up of free games available for download this month in the tail-end of September. In the announcement, the company confirmed six new titles offered to the subscribers of their paid service.

"The summer is over and the nights are drawing in but on the bright side that means we can spend more time losing ourselves in the world of videogames, with a fresh batch of PlayStation Plus games on their way to your system of choice," reads the announcement posted on the official PlayStation blog

Three of the six titles are available for PlayStation 4 users, while four have versions compatible with the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita consoles.

Below is a rundown and brief description of each video game free release as reported by Express.Co.UK

"Broken Age" by Tim Schafer is the telling of a coming of age story following Vella Tart and Shay Volta. The voice cast in the game includes Elijah Wood and Jennifer Hale.

"Super Meat Boy" has 300 levels in which players are expected to survive against the onslaught of blades, rocks and various other fatal challenges.

"Unmechanical Extended" follows the adventures of a robot as he tries to explore an underground complex he is trapped in.

"Chariot" allows gamers to play a guide to the chariot of the king's remains.

"Kickbeat" is a 3D martial arts fighting game available for free download for PS Vita and Playstation 3 users.

"Kung Fu Rabbit," which came out last year, features the titular rabbit facing off against a Universal Evil.

PlayStation has started releasing the free games last Oct. 6 starting with "Broken Age." Despite it only being a little more than 10 days into October, some subscribers are already trying to predict which games would be free for November. In the official PlayStation Forum, among the top three rumored titles are "Metro 2033 Redux," "Vanishing of Ethan Carter," and "Black Flag."
