Weeks after it was released on Android and iOS devices, "Pokémon GO" has become the most popular title this year and it is undeniable that Eevee is one of the most prominent pocket monsters that ever stepped into the game.

While some Pokémon are able to transform into stronger and more valuable types, Eevee is a unique monster since it can evolve into the following species: Flareon, Jolteon, Espeon, Vaporeon and Umbreon.

The said Pokémon types are stronger and very much coveted among players. However, it's not always easy to get them to their strongest points. On the other hand, if a player is serious in getting the various Eeveelutions at play, there are several methods to get Eevee's transformations.

The most common method used by players is simply changing the names of Eevee which have been captured and stored into a player's "Pokémon GO" system. Multiple reports have stated that the following name changes will result to an evolved Pokémon:

Rainer = Vaporeon

Sparky = Jolteon

Pyro = Flareon

The most important thing to note though, when changing Eevee names, is to restart the game. "Pokémon GO" should be completely removed from the list of the apps running before it is booted up again. If this process is not followed, there is a chance that the altered names won't reflect on Niantic's database, meaning the Eeveelution cannot be achieved.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the two other Eevee transformations, Espeon and Umbreon, are not yet available in the current gameplay so it is unclear if the said time-sensitive Pokémon Eeveelutions can be achieved at this point. Espeon is said to be a transformed Pokémon that can be evolved during the early hours of the day, while Umbreon is said to be available for evolution late at night.

For now, fans can try changing Eevee names in "Pokémon GO" to enjoy the three Eeveelutions which have been proven by other players to be higher degree forms and sport stronger and better fighting skills.
