Fans of the mobile game "Pokémon Go" have gathered substantial data that Mewtwo, a rare Pokémon, is indeed being developed and is coming to small screens soon. In addition to that, tons of other rare Pokémon are reportedly joining the roster of mythical creatures in the game, which are expected to send fans into a frenzy.

So far, there are only about 150 available Pokémon in the game — a limited number, considering all the Pokémon that ever appeared in its animated cartoon show on television.

Wired noted that Mew (Mewtwo is the genetically upgraded clone of Mew) is the 151st Pokémon, originally available through special downloads only. Even during "Pokémon's" Game Boy days, Mew had always been a rare find.

However, a "Pokémon" fan on Reddit that goes by the username "_istin_" had tinkered around the present mobile game's coding and revealed data that mentioned Mew. In addition to that, A YouTube user recently hacked the game to prove the existence of the said data that referred to Mewtwo.

So far, Niantic and Nintendo have neither confirmed nor denied the existence of the rare and "mythical" Pokémon in "Pokémon Go."

Aside from Mew and Mewtwo, some of the toughest Pokémon to find include Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno and Gitto, which are said to have never been obtained by anyone through natural methods.

On the other hand, the clamor to catch a Mew or Mewtwo had sparked some violence in Australia this week.

According to Buzzfeed, a man named Jason (last name withheld) was playing "Pokémon Go" at a park in Rhodes last week when he was allegedly assaulted by another man after reportedly catching a Mewtwo.

Jason said that he and his friends were celebrating after he caught the said "Pokémon" when suddenly, a rather "bulky guy" punched him.

"He knocked my phone out of my hand, I pushed him back and picked up my phone ... while I did that he tried to get me again [but] he was blocked by a mate," Jason said. "We got away straight after that. It was not the place to stick around in. He was the only guy ... I was attacked by, but others there at the time actually said that he was accompanied by two others."

He added, "They wanted to try and steal the phone [with the Mewtwo on it] and sell it."
