Prince Harry and Meghan Markle engagement rumors: Pair to live together in Kensington Palace apartment after renovations?

Prince Harry will be moving into a new apartment at Kensington Palace once renovations are over. However, rumors claim that the royal bachelor will not be alone in his new abode. The 32-year old prince is said to be impatient to settle down with girlfriend Meghan Markle. It is said that once all the renovations are done, she will be moving in for good.

Harry is hands-on with the renovations taking place at the new apartment. Reports say that the prince is in a hurry to get work done; he keeps dropping by to check on the progress of the renovation. On the other hand, Markle is no stranger to Kensington Palace as this has been her home whenever she is in London. She has stayed in Harry's Nottingham Cottage and everyone knows her; she comes and goes as she pleases.

Harry is very private when it comes to his personal life. Despite rumors that he and the "Suits" star are already engaged, he has never commented nor spoke publicly about this. Kensington Palace representatives also declined to comment about the report and said that this was a private matter, Stuff said.

The fifth in line to the throne's new apartment is close to the lavish wing which will be the future residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte. George will be studying in Thomas's School in Battersea, South London this year.

Harry and Markle's romance was disclosed last autumn after the prince defended her in an official statement. He wants media to stop bullying the actress and to stay away from her as he fears for her safety. The statement called Markle his girlfriend and this finally confirmed that they are indeed a couple.

After the confirmation, Harry had to leave for the Caribbean on official duty for the Queen. The two were reunited during the holidays where they were caught hand in hand shopping for a Christmas tree in London and watching a play. For Valentine's, they took a trip to Norway where they stayed in a frozen paradise under the Northern Lights.
