It certainly is a good day to be a Nintendo 3DS owner. Japanese videogame magazine, Famitsu has just announced the official release date of Bandai Namco's "Project X Zone," as well as some details about the new battle feature.

Owners of Nintendo's popular handheld gaming device can expect the new title to drop on November 12, 2015. As with most Japan developed games, "Project X Zone 2" will initially be available in Japan and will retail for 6,640 yen. American and European gamers will have to hang tight for an announcement regarding when exactly it will arrive on Western shores.

According to Gematsu, Famitsu also revealed that the "Project X Zone" sequel will have lots up its sleeve including first print exclusives and special editions. The first-print copies of the tactical role-playing game will include a special 3DS theme, available through a download code and a challenge map downloadable content that unlocks a special item. Completing the 'The Woman of 10 Years' Past" challenge will allow a player to obtain the Black Hotpants.

The new game will also have a "Mirage Cancel" feature that suspends an attack, enters the game into slow motion, and allows an easy critical hit in the next attack. This can be achieved, says Famitsu, by pressing B on normal attack mode.

Those willing to spend more can also avail of the limited edition "Original Game Sound" for 9,980 yen. The box includes: 1) a feature that allows players to switch from regular edition music to original works music, 2) "Adventure of Valkyrie: Legend of the Key of Time with Xiamou" download code that will let players play as Xiamou in a special edition "Namco Anthology 2," 3) Takuji Kawano-illustrated "Namco X Capcom 10th Anniversary Resource," and 4) "Namco X Capcom 10th Anniversary Resource" 3DS theme.

"Project X Zone 2" is a sequel to the crossover title "Project X Zone," which features characters from other Bandai Namco games, as well as from Capcom and Sega games. North America and Europe can expect the title this fall.
