"Quantico" has surely thrown viewers into a loop. After thinking that they have figured out who the terrorist is, "Quantico" tells them it's not really Drew (Lenny Platt), but Liam (Josh Hopkins). The Voice turns out to be one of the cadets' mentors in Quantico. So the question is what happens next for everyone now that Liam has been outed as the real terrorist?

TV Line reports that the next episode, the season finale which is titled "Yes," will reveal why and how Liam becomes a terrorist. The report also reveals that Liam and Alex's dad had something to do with the Omaha bombing - they were the ones who handed the blueprints to the terrorists to get the job done.

There are also speculations that another character will die before the season ends. Some say it would be Shelby (Johanna Braddy) because her story is not really tied to anything in this season. In an interview on Entertainment Weekly, "Quantico" showrunner Josh Safran say that if Shelby survives in season 1, her parents will play a major role in her story.

Safran also reveals that Shelby's mission this week with Clayton will tie her story in both timelines and how she ends up with Clayton.

Aside from this, Safran also said that although there will be some explanation for some of the characters, viewers will just have to "connect the dots" themselves. He added, "There are a couple of things [missing], like, for instance, you will not see Iris or Brandon in the future, but you know they graduated and they're FBI agents. You will see what happened to make Alex and Ryan stop talking to each other. I think we close most of the loops."

However, he also said that the only story they did not include in the finale was how Vasquez and Ryan meet each other again. Safran justifies this move saying that they think it is already clear to the viewers.

"Quantico" airs every Sunday at 10 p.m. EST on ABC
