Season 2 of ABC's 'Resurrection' will premiere on September, but spoilers are already buzzing news websites as early as now. More characters who have returned from the dead will join the cast of Resurrection once the second season airs.

It seems that more and more dead people are coming back to life in Arcadia, Missouri with the addition of new characters in the cast. A "returned" Margaret Langston, played by actress Michelle Fairley will be the latest "undead" character in the next season.

Henry and Fred's mother, who has been dead for three decades, will return to reveal secrets about the family business.

"What that secret entails uncovers a big part about the Returned phenomenon itself," said Aaron Zelman, producer of the series, in an interview with TVGuide.

On Margaret's return, she will be seen younger than her sons. The actress who plays the role expressed her excitement on joining the cast of Ressurection.

"I'm incredibly honored and excited to be playing Margaret Langston ... I watched season 1 and was totally blown away by the strength of the writing. It's not afraid to go into areas that other shows wouldn't dare [to touch]," Fairley said in an interview on ABC.

Because of its eerie and unreal storytelling, Resurrection has become one of the most thrilling new television shows to watch out for.

An American television adaptation of the Jason Mott book called 'The Returned,' Resurrection follows the stories of dead people who came back to life without any recollection of their deaths.
