'Revenge' season 4 episode 21 spoilers: will Amanda go down with Victoria Greyson?

(ABC/Official Facebook page)

Last episode titled "Burn" saw the shocking death of Greyson matriarch, Victoria, as she burned down Grayson manor with her in it. Is the vendetta-driven woman really dead? And will Amanda go down with her?

In episode 21, titled "Aftermath", Amanda sifts through the wreckage of her own life. In the promotional clip, it seems that not even her closest friends believe she is truly innocent in Victoria's death as she struggles to prove she wasn't involved to them and the world. The Greyson's drastic action will create a permanent problem for Amanda.

However, many fans are predicting that Victoria may not really be dead. Unfortunately, actress Madeline Stowe, who brilliantly essays the role of now-dead Victoria, confirmed to TVLine that her character is truly dead. Stowe explained, "People have different theories about it all, but one thing you need to remember is that Victoria has displayed that she's suicidal. There's always been a bit of a death wish in her. She has a history of that, so this shouldn't be a complete surprise."

Stowe also revealed that fans haven't seen the last of her as she reprises her role in the form of flashbacks. The actress teased that Amanda can never shake Victoria and that the two "are going to be put together for good". Does this mean Amanda may die? This teaser coupled with the season finale's title "Two Graves" indicates that her fate is similar to Victoria's.

Showrunner Sunil Nayar revealed to TVLine of Charlotte's compelling return, a life-changing event for David and a definitive change in Amanda and Jack's relationship. Amanda will confess to all her past deeds. Earlier Emily VanCamp who plays Amanda/Emily on "Revenge" tweeted a photo of her in an orange jumpsuit. This was later deleted. Could this mean she goes to jail? Or does she die?

Find out as "Revenge" airs "Aftermath" on Sunday, April 26 at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
