'Rizzoli & Isles' season 6 episode 3 spoilers: serial killer dumps dead bodies at a human composition research facility

Last week, the dynamic duo of Jane Rizzoli and Maura Isles dealt with the competitive and cut-throat world of bass-fishing. The regional tournament in Massachusetts provides its winner a cool $100,000 – a prize money big enough to kill someone. Now that they've caught the culprit, the policewoman and scientist will be handling a very different investigation this week.

In episode three, aptly titled "Deadly Harvest", Jane and her team will discover a murder victim in a shallow grave. What makes this case interesting is that the grave is located inside an academic research facility dedicated to studying human decomposition, Carter Matt reports.

TV.com reports that the academic research facility is called the BCU Body Farm. The trailer of the upcoming episode makes it clear that visiting a body farm is going to be very exciting for Maura Isles who derives considerable pleasure from opening up dead bodies and seeking the truth behind their demise. Jane can be seen saying that the Body Farm is basically a scientist's Disneyland. Seasoned viewers will agree with Jane's insightful statement.

The case revolves around a serial killer who, very cunningly, dumps his victim's corpses in the Body Farm since no one will suspect a dead person in a research facility was murdered. This episode seems much more serious and intense than the last one since the team is hunting down a smart serial killer.

As if Jane doesn't have enough on her plate for the moment, she discovers that her mother Angela is keeping secrets from her. Does this secret have something to do with her following that new diet regime? Last week, viewers saw mama Rizzoli swear off white foods in the household in an attempt to eat healthy. What could she be possibly hiding from her daughter?
