Samsung is expected to come out with a successor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, and a recent leak reveals the coming of such with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Advanced. From the looks of it, the next Samsung tablet will hardly carry new perks and will hopefully not be a burden to the wallets of consumer electronic geeks.

Some of the rumored specs that the next Samsung tablet will carry include that of a 10.1-inch display (1280x800), a 1.6 GHz octa-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage (with provisions for expansion via microSD of up to 128 GB additional space), a 5 MP main camera, a 1.3 MP front-facing shooter, a 6,800 mAh battery and something that would run with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

With the list of features, there is hardly anything to look forward to and such gives a feeling that this tablet could very well be a low-end device. Be reminded that these specs are technically rumors for now so there could be some specs that could change (hopefully higher).

Nevertheless, it will be interesting how this tablet will fare in the market though its brand still makes it something worth checking out. And a lot of that may depend on the pricing standpoint which is looming to be somewhere in the vicinity of $380 at most.

That remains to be seen for now, but given the specs, Samsung may have a hard time selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 successor if they price it steeply. This would also depend on the other tablets that folks can get from the market at the time of its release.

Branding aside, folks will still want to see a device with powerful specs that they can use on the go and either for work or play.
