With the world waking up to the benefits offered by a convertible laptop, Samsung has also gotten onboard this trend and launched its Spin lineup. As part of this lineup, the company recently presented the Notebook 7 Spin in two sizes and it immediately caught the attention of analysts and potential customers.

According to The Verge, these models of the Notebook 7 Spin are quite alike the devices in the Yoga lineup from Lenovo. This is a clear indication that Samsung is opting to stay with the rest of the pack in creating something familiar. 

In terms of the Notebook 7 Spin's screen sizes, one measures 13.3 inches and the other is bigger with a 15.6-inch display. Both these models come with Full HD resolution of 1080p and a special "Video HDR mode" which ensures that content displayed on the screen has colors and textures that look unique. 

The Notebook 7 Spin can be bought from Samsung with an Intel Core i5 or an Intel Core i7 processor, depending on the screen size the user chooses. The 13.3-inch screen has an Intel Core i5 paired with an 8GB RAM, while the bigger screen contains an Intel Core i7 along with either a 12GB or a 16GB RAM. Both of these convertible laptops have 1TB hard drive, but users can choose to add 128GB SSD to the 15.6-inch model as part of the process of upgrading this device. More importantly, the bigger model has a Nvidia 940MX GPU and an ethernet port, while the smaller model has an integrated GPU.

Other ports available on the Notebook 7 Spin include a USB Type-C port, three USB Type-A ports and a HDMI port. This particular laptop convertible can also be folded and used as a tablet as it has a touchscreen. Additionally, there is fast charging onboard which can give users two hours of charge when the device has been plugged in for 20 minutes.

The Notebook 7 Spin arrives on June 26 in Best Buy in the United States but users can also opt to buy it from the Samsung website. As for the prices, the cheapest model in the lineup has a starting price tag of $799.
