'Scream Queens' season 2 episode 3 spoilers: Chanel gets engaged in 'Handidates'

(Facebook/ScreamQueensFOX)"Scream Queens" season 2 airs Tuesdays on FOX.

The upcoming episode of "Scream Queens" season 2 will see Chanel getting engaged and more corpses at the hands of the secret killer.

The synopsis for the third episode of the second season, titled "Handidates," features Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) enlisting Denise Hemphill's (Niecy Nash) help after the serial killer attack. Along with the Chanels, they turn to Hester (Lea Michele) to ask her some questions. They also question the only survivor (Alec Mapa) of the Halloween massacre to get some answers.

Speaking of questions, Chad (Glen Powell) will pop the big one to Chanel (Emma Roberts) and, based on the trailer, it looks like she's going to accept. Chad will also point the finger at Brock (John Stamos) for being the serial killer. Finally, a new patient (Cheri Oteri) will be introduced and will result in Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd) and Cassidy (Taylor Lautner) becoming closer.

A trailer for the new episode has also been released and it opens with Dean Munsch pointing out that an unknown assailant has been picking off the patients at the hospital. Oteri's character is seen asking for help and Chanel ecstatically exclaims that she's getting married. Chad confronts Brock and tells him that "I always win no matter what." Brock responds with, "You don't know what I'm capable of doing," as he is shown about to strangle Chad. Cassidy confides in Chanel #3 and tells her that he has been keeping a secret. "I'm dead," he says, much to the shock of Chanel #3. Hester then reveals that more people are going to die.

Meanwhile, here is a brief recap of the previous episode, titled "Warts and All."

Zayday (Keke Palmer) found out that Dean Munsch actually started the hospital because she has contracted a disease called kuru while she was in New Guinea. Chad returned and Brock's hand was revealed to have been previously owned by a squash player who became a serial killer. Hester was questioned on her knowledge of who the killer at large is, but she didn't want to spill until her demands were met.

"Scream Queens" season 2 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on FOX.
