'Spider-Man' 2017 news: Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man may appear in movie

(Marvel Studios)Seems like there would be multiple crossovers for most of Marvel's upcoming films

Your friendly neighbourhood superhero is back.

We say goodbye to Andrew Garfield and welcome the 19-year old British actor Tom Holland as our new Spider-Man.

But with the new actor playing the role of the web slinging superhero, fans ask what can be expected from yet another reboot of the franchise?

According to some sources, the upcoming Spider-Man movie will not include an origin story, meaning viewers will not see Uncle Ben die for the nth time. It is reported that the movie will focus on the high school life of the young Peter Parker, which, with Holland's youthful features, will surely make that high school student slash superhero character more effective.

One of the most talked about rumor about this movie is the supposed appearance of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). It is believed that this cameo appearance of Iron Man is connected with recent reports that Spider-Man will be recruited as one of the members of the well-known superhero group, The Avengers. But confirmation about this rumour has not been released yet.

Marvel's Kevin Feige has signed on to produce the new reboot film. When asked about which villain will be featured on this reboot Feige stated,

"Right now we are interested in seeing villains we haven't seen before."

Now that bits and pieces of news about the upcoming "Spider-Man" movie are surfacing, people are now asking when they will see the new Spiderman in action.

Well, it seems like it is sooner than what people might have anticipated. It is reported that nine months from now, Spider-Man will be seen swinging alongside Captain America. Marvel recently confirmed the appearance of Spider-Man in the upcoming "Captain America" movie, "Civil War," although the specific part of Peter Parker in this movie was not discussed.

With all the Marvel movies soon to come out, fans can no longer wait for the release of each one. The all new "Spider-Man" is scheduled to premiere on July 28, 2017, a two-year wait that will surely be worth it.
