Steam Summer Sale 2016: bundled games deals offer bigger discounts

The Steam Summer Sale has officially begun and it's bound to burn a hole in a gamer's pocket with all the interesting game titles sold at lower prices.

Deals are now available at the official site but it should be noted that Steam will no longer have flash sales or add in more titles. There are, however, deals that are highlighted on the site and the list will refresh every day, possibly giving someone an idea on what they want to get.

The deals that are listed on the site will stay at the same price until the end of the sale, which will be on July 4, 10 a.m. PDT. This means that customers need not wait longer to get much steeper discounts on game titles.

There are just thousands of game titles to choose from on the site, but among those that stand out are the highly popular titles "Doom," "Grand Theft Auto V," "Dying Light" and its DLC, "Dishonored," "Mirror's Edge" and "Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag."

It's a given that the games listed on the page are offered with generous discounts, but those who intend to save more money should consider going for bundled products. As gathered by PC World, some of the interesting bundles include "The Witcher" trilogy, which includes the original "The Witcher" game, "The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings" and the current title, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." The bundle sells for $26.52. To get an idea of how much savings you might get, just consider that "Wild Hunt" alone is sold at over $40.

There's also an "Assassin's Creed" bundle up for sale. Four "Assassin's Creed" titles – "AC IV: Black Flag," "AC Unity," AC Rogue" and "AC Syndicate" all sell for $62.96, after using another 10 percent discount on top of the already discounted price for Summer Sale.

With all the great game titles sold at remarkably lower prices, players might find it easy to say goodbye to their money.
