"Teen Mom 2" fans should be ready for an exciting season six because a lot is going on in the mothers' lives. Jenelle Evans and Leah Calvert seemed to have moved on from their relationships while Chelsea Houska is enjoying her love life with boyfriend Cole DeBoer.

OK! Magazine reports that Leah attended her sister Victoria's wedding over the weekend with her children. Her husband, Jeremy, was noticeably absent from the celebration, igniting rumors that the two have called it quits. Leah and Jeremy have been working on their marriage after Jeremy announced that his wife allegedly cheated on him with her ex-boyfriend.

Jenelle Evans has also broken off from fiancée Nathan Griffith. In her Instagram pictures, her finger does not have her engagement ring on it. Moreover, the reality star is spending abundant time with her girlfriends. Pictures of a night out also show her sans engagement ring.

WetPaint reports that Evans is house-hunting with her girlfriends, clearly indicating she has moved on. The mother of Kaiser also posted several Facebook posts that provide clues to her failed relationship with Griffith. In one Facebook post she wrote that Nathan introduced some random girl to their son and commented that was fast. Jenelle even called the new girl a home wrecker. Seems as if Evans will be concentrating on college as she is set to graduate in a few months.

While two "Teen Mom 2" stars are moving on, another is enjoying romantic bliss. Chelsea Houska celebrated her boyfriend's birthday and gave him a gift basket. The red-haired reality star celebrated traffic controller Cole DeBoer's birthday along with her daughter Aubree, reports WetPaint. The two started dating during the fall of 2014.

"Teen Mom 2" is currently filming its sixth season so followers of the show can expect drama and updates on their favorite star's life. It is expected to air sometime this year.
