"Teen Wolf" fans can't wait for season five to hit the small screens in June 2015 when the supernatural gang at Beacon Hills returns. After leaving several cliffhangers in season four's finale episode, viewers are looking forward to having at least some of them answered in season five.

In an interview TVLine, star Shelley Hennig, who plays the role of were-coyote Malia, revealed that the show was currently filming the first quarter of the upcoming season. She also adds that the show will pick up where it left off last season and that there are plenty of things to be excited about and many more to be afraid of. The actress also confirmed that the Desert Wolf will be a part of the season five storyline and finding Malia's mother is crucial to her character's development. She said, "One of the last things said in the last episode of Season 4 was about the Desert Wolf...I do think it's important for Malia to figure out who that is, and I think we do start to explore that. It's important to the character, so I hope we see a lot of that."

Hennig also pointed out that Stiles and Malia's relationship will be tested in season five especially since they are now seniors in high school. She added, "This is Teen Wolf, and there's never smooth sailing, so I'm going to make a pretty good assumption that something will test Stiles and Malia's relationship." Lastly, Shelley said that the gang will be wary of newbie Theo, played by actor Cody Christian, and try to figure out if he can be trusted.

Another TVLine report teased the introduction of two gay characters named Corey and Lucas in episode four named "Condition Terminal". Corey will be on the operating table with a strange, painful wound while Lucas, his boyfriend, will be a shy teen with an aggressive problem at a club.

Season five of "Teen Wolf" premieres air in June 2015.
