The week is nearly over, but that doesn't mean that there's nothing more that will happen in The Bold and the Beautiful. Things seem to be taking a romantic turn this Friday, April 24, as Rick will be telling Eric and Brooke about his intention to marry Maya, and Wyatt will be treating Nicole to a very special experience.

Next week, April 27-May 1, seems to be busy for the characters of The Bold and the Beautiful, as there are a number of spoilers as to what viewers will expect to happen then. Based on the spoilers from Soap Central and soaps.sheknows.com, the following will most likely happen:

Ridge will plead with Eric to remove Rick as CEO and void the contract, but since Eric sees that the company is doing well with Rick as CEO, he has no reason to remove Rick. Because of this, Ridge will decide to resign instead, and Brooke and Eric will try to talk him out of resigning, but will fail to convince him. Brooke will realize that the only one who could possibly convince Ridge to not resign is Caroline.

Pam and Charlie will find shocking information about Maya, possibly the secret she has been keeping all this time, but Pam will convince Charlie to not find out more regarding the information about Maya, as she fears for both their jobs.

In the meantime, Bill will order Liam and Wyatt to keep digging for the secret that may lead to Rick being removed from the position of CEO. Katie will be feeling conflicted regarding her loyalties to Brooke and Bill.

Quinn and Deacon will learn that Wyatt is dating a new woman. Also, possibly because of Wyatt treating her to an experience of a lifetime, Nicole will fall for his false flirtations.

As for Maya, she will urge Rick not to think of her too highly, as it will make it harder for her to reveal her secret to him. She will also be making a certain decision when her status changes.

In casting news, it has been reported since April 10 that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood will be returning to The Bold and the Beautiful and will be resuming her role as Steffy Forrester. This time, she is under contract, so viewers will expect to see her more in future episodes. She will be appearing in the show starting May 26.
