'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim' DLC time-traveling mystery 'The Forgotten City' DLC out now

(ModDB)

A few months ago, reports surfaced about a new and interesting mod for "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" that will give the game a breath of fresh air and it's called "The Forgotten City." Now, after a couple of months, the developer has finally made the downloadable content available to everyone.

According to PC Gamer, the time-traveling DLC for the critically acclaimed IP is now available for everyone to download. Not only that, developer TheModernStoryTeller has also released the launch trailer for the DLC in its official YouTube channel, which fans can watch below.

"The Forgotten City" features many new contents into the ever popular game "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" but more importantly, the highlight of this DLC is its storyline as it introduces new characters into the game, a new plot, as well as the concept of time-traveling into the planet Nirn.

Furthermore, as said on the developer's official post on ModDB, the storyline of this DLC is different as it challenges the player's moral and it contains several different endings, which will presumably differ from every player.

"The Forgotten City" is mysterious in nature and it is up to the player to uncover the secrets of it, as described on ModDB.

Lastly, this content is also said to feature over 1,200 dialogues which came from 18 talented voice actors from different countries like the United States, Britain, France, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Fans can either get or download the DLC from ModDB, Nexus Mods or from the Steam Workshop page.

Gamers need to take note, though: for the Nexus Mods, it is best if the player has already installed the mod manager on their system to make the process easier and they can fully control the DLC by turning them on and off using the app.
