Developers of various upcoming games came prepared with the newest video teasers for some of the most awaited titles in the recently concluded The Game Awards held in Los Angeles, California.

Nintendo showed two teaser videos for the highly anticipated "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild." The first video is called "Life in the Ruins," and it provides a look at one of Hyrule's somewhat peaceful days. Hyrule is the world where main protagonist Link lives. The trailer starts off by showing the people going about their daily routines until their enemies suddenly arrive and attack the village.

The other trailer provides an official glimpse of the gameplay of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild." The four-minute video was presented by Nintendo of America senior product marketing manager Bill Trinen and Nintendo Treehouse localization manager Nate Bihldorff.

BioWare's general manager Aaryn Flynn presented the "first look at 'Mass Effect: Andromeda' gameplay" with an almost five-minute-long video. The trailer opens by introducing the game as the "next generation of action-RPG (role-playing game)." The video then cuts into gameplay scenes that show how vast the game's open world is and how players can utilize the available futuristic weapons.

In the meantime, 343 Industries' studio head Dan Ayoub also held the world premiere of the "Halo Wars 2" teaser video. It features the "biggest new threat in the Halo galaxy, the mysterious and deadly Brute Commander, Atriox." "Halo Wars 2" will dig deeper into the background and perspective of Atriox as he becomes the main antagonist in the game sequel.

Gameplay and sneak peek trailers of a remastered version of "Bulletstorm," "Rocket League Starbase Arc," "Warframe," Telltale's "Guardians of the Galaxy," "Dauntless," "Lawbreakers," "Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment," "Prey" and "Walking Dead: A New Frontier" were also shown in the event.

One of the show-stoppers was "Death Stranding's" newest trailer that confirmed long-time rumors about "Hannibal" actor Mads Mikkelsen joining the game.
