CW's spin-off of "The Vampire Diaries" is all set to get more exciting, if teasers and rumors are to be believed. The promotional video for "The Originals" season 10 titled "Brotherhood of the Damned" will take off where the previous episode left. Finn (Yusuf Gatewood) had cast a border spell at the French Quarter, trapping volatile and hungry vampires and werewolves together, in a bid to make Klaus (Joseph Morgan) feel powerless.

The International Business Times reports that Marcel's (Charles Michael Davis) life hangs in the balance as he is bitten by a werewolf. This may have happened when he was trying to stop the two species from warring. The deadly bite can take his life, as Josh (Steven Krueger) points out that he needs the blood of an Original or he will meet his end. While Marcel's life is in danger, viewers will see flashbacks of his life as a solider in World War I. His leadership skills will be put to the test in order to diffuse the tense situation among his brethren.

Klaus quickly learns of Marcel's dire circumstance and promises to help him, including doing anything that will get him out of the compound. Davina (Danielle Campbell) teams up with the Originals in order to save Kol (Daniel Sharman) who is also trapped with the blood-thirsty vampires.

Meanwhile, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) has doubts about the wedding with Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons) when she learns that before the nuptials they will have to perform extreme and dangerous rituals, according to Hollywood Hills. Klaus' daughter Hope may not be as hopeless as she seems and is set to be special and powerful. KDrama Stars reports that she will be anything but a hopeless baby. Additionally, Freya, Rebekah's long lost sister, will make an appearance when she is stuck in an asylum for witches. It remains to be seen if Freya will be a friend or a foe.

Fans should not miss episode 11 that premiers on Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 on CW at 7 p.m. central time.
