'The Originals' season 3 episode 16 spoilers: Elijah, Freya fight over Finn

(Facebook/cworiginals)Elijah cannot stand Finn in the upcoming episode of "The Originals."

Finn (Casper Zafer) is back and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) does not like it one bit in the upcoming episode of the hit series "The Originals."

In "Alone with Everybody," the promo reveals that Elijah and Freya (Riley Voelkel) will butt heads over the "mama's boy's" return. Freya resurrected Finn in his old body in the hopes of bringing their family back together. When Elijah and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) threatened to kill him in the past, she saved him by trapping him in her talisman, where in times of need, she could summon his spirit.

Finn never wanted to be a vampire. As the oldest son of the Mikaelsons, he alone hated what he had become. He conspired with his mother to take the whole lot out and purge their bloodline of bloodsuckers.

Finn has been known as closest to Esther (Alice Evans). None of his siblings could stand him, aside from Freya. Ever the big sister, Freya wants to give Finn another chance. In the promo, she is seen telling her brothers that Finn is there to fix what is broken. Elijah scoffs at her words, expressing his doubts that Finn will want to work with them. Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic), who was previously resurrected by Davina (Danielle Campbell), merely looks frustrated, but anyone can tell he agrees with Elijah.

The scene cuts to Elijah coming face to face with Finn, asking him how was hell. The last time they saw each other, Elijah was stopping Klaus from killing Finn. If not for Freya, they could have secured him somewhere, where he would remain out of the picture for eternity. Finn is obviously still angry at Elijah, but he is keeping his expression serene and unaffected. What kinds of plan is he hatching now that he is back? Does he still want to kill his vampire siblings?

"The Originals" season 3 will return on Friday, April 1, at 9 p.m. EST on The CW Network.
