Even though "The Real Housewives Of New Jersey" (RHONJ) is off-season, the housewives are creating ample news. The latest headlines regarding the glamorous cast is that Amber Marchese is going through a cancer scare.

Fans of the show as well as Marchese may be aware that she was diagnosed with cancer six years ago. While the last five years the reality star was in remission, E! News reports she found a lump on her breast.

Marchese announced that she found a lump before Easter on Twitter. She explained to followers that on Friday prior to Easter, she found a pea-sized lump on her breast and continued her trip to the Bahamas despite the startling revelation. She smiled in pictures while traveling with friends and family members but would cry in private. The Bravo star admitted to spending weeks marred with anxiety, fear and stress because of facing the possibility of dying. However, Amber and her family continue to rely on God and their Catholic faith to get them through this trying time.

Jim Marchese, Amber's husband, confirmed to E! News that his wife underwent surgery to remove the lump. However, tests have yet to confirm if the mass of cells was cancerous in nature. He said, "I can confirm she had surgery on Monday to remove the lump. The doctors are doing pathology on it now. We should know soon. It's been a very tough week for us."

TMZ reports that the tests have come back and the mass is cancerous, however, E! News has stated that the family is still waiting for results. Six years ago, Amber Marchese underwent a double mastectomy.

Meanwhile, Inquisitr reports that Teresa Giudice has been granted an early release from prison. The mother-of-four will be released on Dec. 23, 2015 and will be placed on house arrest till Feb. 6. This arrangement of house arrest was decided instead of setting her up in a halfway house.

InTouch Weekly reports that Teresa has been offered a place in the next season of "DWTS" following her release from prison. It certainly seems like good times ahead for her.
