Game developer Bulkhead Interactive has finally announced their latest offering that is "The Turing Test" which will be available on Xbox One on August 30. Players will have to use their intuitive thinking skills in this puzzle game while exploring one of Jupiter's satellites, Europa.

"The Turing Test" is a first-person game in which players assume the role of Ava Turing, who is an engineer working at the International Space Agency (ISA). Armed with a so-called Energy Manipulation Tool (EMT) that enables Ava to draw out energy from one item and transmit it to another, players can assume control over contraptions equipped with artificial intelligence, massive structures and even decipher complicated missions as they probe their way in discovering what's the real score behind ISA's research mission on Europa.

Moreover, Bulkhead Interactive's creative producer Howard Philpott stated that they have been developing and polishing the upcoming title for over a year now and even featured the game in events such as the recently concluded Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), the Game Developers Conference that was held in San Francisco and at the forthcoming Eurogamer Expo (EGX) Rezzed on September 22-25 at The NEC in Birmingham, England. He further explained that by doing such, they can get much-needed feedback and suggestions from players on how to further improve the soon-to-be-released title.

In addition, the game "The Turing Test" was actually inspired by the test that goes by the same name and was devised by Alan Turing in the 50's. The said test showcases a machine's capability in showing humanlike responses and behavior. Turing explained that another human will serve as an evaluator and determines the text responses on which one came from a computer and which one came from an actual human.

As mentioned earlier, "The Turing Test" will be released August 30 for Xbox One.
