'The Walking Dead' season 7 spoilers and rumors: Norman Reedus' Daryl spotted on set; character is alive?

(AMC Official)

"The Walking Dead" continues to be talked about by millions of fans after the controversial ending that didn't reveal who was killed by the Saviors' leader, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). However, leaks and spoilers about the new season have become rampant, making fans all the more excited about season 7.

Spoiling Dead Fans, a spoilers page dedicated to the hit AMC series, has been continuously updating fans about the development of season 7 with photos of filming locations.

While the identity of the victim has not been revealed by anyone from "The Walking Dead" cast and crew, the set photos and some reports did confirm the presence of the series regulars, which only suggest that they have not been killed by Negan.

According to the Facebook page, Daryl (Norman Reedus) was spotted on the set on Friday while filming. Spoiling Dead Fans speculate that the cast was filming at the Sanctuary, or the base camp of the Saviors. It was also believed that Negan may have brought Daryl into their headquarters.

Reedus' Daryl is one of the characters rumored to get bludgeoned by Negan, but based on sightings on set, he is very much alive. TMZ even reported that Reedus was seen with Steven Yeun, who plays Glenn, riding their motorcycles near the set in Peachtree City, Georgia. This likely indicates that the two are filming – which only means that their characters are still alive. Then again, there's that possibility that the two could be filming a flashback scene. At this point, no one knows the truth.

Spoiling Dead Fans also noted that the bits of information about Daryl's appearance on set have not been confirmed and so fans should take them with a pinch of salt. If reports are true that Glenn and Daryl are safe, it leaves Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) as the character most likely to go, according to Cosmic Book News.

It appears that talks about the mysterious character who will leave "The Walking Dead" won't stop anytime soon. Fans will know the truth once season 7 returns, possibly sometime in October.
