"The Witcher 3's" soon-to-be released "Blood and Wine" DLC will be the last piece of the puzzle for fans of the game.

Recently, Eurogamer was able to talk to game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz about the future plans for the game.

Over the course of the conversation, Tomaszkiewicz was asked if the upcoming "Blood and Wine" expansion would be the last one released for the game, to which the game director replied, "Yes."

Tomaszkiewicz was then asked if there may still be pieces of free DLC released after "Blood and Wine," and the director responded by indicating that additional in-game content will not be made available.

Tomaszkiewicz did indicate that patches may still be released for the game, with one perhaps even being released after the upcoming expansion. Still, the patches are just expected to address whatever bugs may pop up after the upcoming expansion is released, meaning they likely won't be adding anything new.

Though additional in-game content may no longer be released for "The Witcher 3" after "Blood and Wine," players will still be getting plenty of new items and features via the expansion.

According to CD Projekt Red, the upcoming expansion will be adding more than 90 new quests to the game. Players will also be given the chance to explore the new region of Toussaint, a land home to mystery, intrigue and new monsters for Geralt to slay.

Players will also be receiving new features in the form of mutation mechanics, additional Gwent cards, as well as other items.

All in all, the new expansion is expected to provide players with up to 30 hours of additional gameplay.

It figures to be one heck of a last hurrah for Geralt, and players will finally be given the chance to experience all of it when "Blood and Wine" is released for "The Witcher 3" on May 31.
