The second of the three DLCs, "Titanfall: Frontier's Edge" arrived on July 31st on Xbox One and PC.

In the official blog announcing the release of Titanfall DLC Frontier's Edge, the game creators provided details on the upcoming content:

"In desperate need of raw materials to support Titan production at their newly established base of operations, IMC forces begin probing attacks at the edge of the Frontier, striking at smaller, lightly defended settlements. Isolated mining operations are targeted in particular for the resource rich substrate found within their dig sites."

"Battles at these sites spill over to the nearby port city of Export, where local Militia forces struggle to stave off the IMC. Nearly overrun, the local Militia forces fall back to the resort world of Haven and send out a distress call for help. With the First Militia Fleet still days away, the IMC forces press the attack, continuing their resurgence within the Frontier."

Similar to the first DLC pack, "Expedition," Frontier's Edge introduces three new maps that include Dig Site, Export and Haven.

Moreover, the update brings burn card packs that consist of time boost, titan, intel skills, tactical abilities and premium packs.

The game has a tag price of $9.99, while the Titanfall Season Pass sells for $24.99.

Along with the new DLC, Respawn has also released patch notes to support Black Market and purchasable Burn Cards, and bring Daily Challenges.

The patch also carries bug fixes for the following: fixed Titan decal unlocks appearing recurrently, removal of pre-lobby after selecting a game mode so players can go directly to the game lobby, made WiFi hacking count towards Spectre leeching for stats, challenges and insignias, nuclear eject, bandwidth optimizations, frame rate optimizations and more.

Titanfall became the best-selling video game in April as reported by Forbes.

Call of Duty and NBA 2K14 comes in second and third place respectively.
