Developers have begun to discuss what's coming to "Tom Clancy's The Division" in the near future, and apparently fixes and further gameplay improvements can be expected.

First off, developers teased some of the features which will be included in Update 1.6.

In a new post on the game's official website, developers shared that Update 1.6 will bring some needed balancing tweaks for the Dark Zone. Players can also expect the game's PvP component to be improved further by Update 1.6.

It's currently unclear what else may be included in Update 1.6, though given how hefty Update 1.4 and 1.5 were, there's a good chance that this new downloadable will come with at least a few more features.

Apart from Update 1.6, developers also talked briefly about a new patch expected to be made available for the game's PC port sometime in the coming week.

The upcoming PC patch should prevent instances of players suddenly losing control over their characters. It should also allow controllers to work better when "The Division" players are enjoying the game on the PC.

PlayStation 4 players have something else to look forward to later this month, as they will soon be able to download the "Survival" downloadable content pack for the game.

Starting Dec. 20, PS4 players will be able to experience the new game mode included in the add-on that calls on them to withstand harsh conditions. Up to 24 different players can participate in this new game mode, and the Agents will also be given the option of either working together or against each other.

A new version of Manhattan will be made accessible while players are taking on the challenges presented in "Survival."

The "Survival" DLC pack is now available for the PC and Xbox One ports of the game.

More details about the new additions coming to "Tom Clancy's The Division" should be made available soon.
