Transformers 4 Age of Extinction: Optimus Prime has new upgraded powers, robot dinosaurs in new poster

The upcoming Transformers 4, with its official title "Transformers: Age of Extinction," will evolve around a mechanic and his daughter who discovers something which can bring down on them Autobots and Decepticons as well as a government official. This 2014 film will also feature "Battle Cry" from Imagine Dragons band as its official soundtrack. Michael Bay has directed the movie, with the script written by Ehren Kruger.

The Las Vegas-based, award-winning rock band Imagine Dragons are contributors to the biggest sound tracks in the film industry such as in the "The Host", "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" and "Iron Man 3."

The latest Transformers 4 poster shows robotic dinosaurs, which will be "bigger and badder-ass", as Lorenzo di Bonaventura, the film's producer, told USA Today.

"Transformers: Age of Extinction's" setting is three years from the third film's "Battle in Chicago". The place this time is Texas and there will be no Shia LaBeouf. Mark Wahlberg will arrive as a poor inventor and single dad Cade Yeager to Nicola Peltz's character. Yeager, his daughter, his daughter's boyfriend (played by Jack Reynor) and sidekick Lucas (played by T.J. Miller) will be entangled in the world of transformers when Yeager buys a truck for repair. The truck happens to be Optimus Prime.

Di Bonaventura gave some clues on the upcoming film. Optimus Prime will have a new power sword and will have upgraded powers. Bumblebee will improve his martial arts skills and will keep his Chinese-oriented adornments. There will be new Autobots, such as one with John Goodman's voice and Ken Watanabe's – Autobot Hound and Drift, respectively.

The movie will have a screening in Hong Kong on June 19, 2014 and will hit cinemas on June 27 . The film will hit UK theatres on July 10.
