While the movie is less than a year away, director, Bryan Singer, has been using social media to tease fans about the present development of "X-Men: Apocalypse."

According to Cinema Blend, this would be the last time Singer will be sitting on the director's chair for the franchise. The new movie will explore the world's first mutant, Apocalypse.

The film is also said to feature new mutants like Psylocke, played by Olivia Munn and Jubilee, played by Lana Condor. The film will also explore the origins of familiar mutants like Jean Grey, Cyclops and Storm.

IGN has reported that Singer just wrapped the first unit of filming for the movie and will soon be ramping up the second phase real soon.

One person who still seems to be hard at work is Olivia Munn, as she is still training. According to bamsmackpow, the actress recently posted a short clip on Instagram showing off her new fighting styles for the movie. This is leading people to believe that Munn will be back to do some scenes for the second unit of filming.

The post was right on time as Entertainment Weekly released the first looks behind-the-scenes of "X-men: Apocalypose." The news outlet also took time to talk to Olivia Munn about her upcoming role and her costume. The actress said:

"Psylocke's outfit or uniform or suit or whatever you want to call it is very sexual, I've got like my thigh-highs and a halter, but the thing about that, and that was important, is that it doesn't matter what I'm wearing as long as we're all aware of who she is. She's very strong and she's very lethal and she's very powerful, and it doesn't really matter what she's wearing as long as you have that strength and that presence."

Fans can catch Munn as Psylocke when "X-men: Apocalypse" hits theaters on May 27,2016.
