Xbox One is taking its backward compatibility feature to a whole new level by including the support of multi-disc games.

According to Gamerheadquarters, a Microsoft spokesperson mentioned some information regarding this bold feature and confirms that it will be possible.

"Yes, 'Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut ' was the first multi-disc backward compatible title added to the program. We know fans were asking for this feature and our engineers worked hard developing a solution to enable it so we could further expand the titles included in Xbox One backward compatibility. We're continuing to listen to our fans on Xbox feedback and work with our publishing partners to grow out library of Xbox One backward compatibility titles and will work to include more multi-disc games."

This just highlights how great the team behind the Xbox One is and hopefully their competitors, such as Sony took, will soon follow suit. Gamers that love to play old games would surely appreciate this, especially as it shows more value to the Xbox One because gamers are not forced to buy or use the older console to play an old game.

In related news, it looks like a new game is going to be added to the huge library in the form of "Call of Duty: Black Ops." However, gamers and fans should take this information with a grain of salt since there hasn't been any official announcement yet. The rumor comes from Segmentnext that mentioned someone sending a photo showing the game being playable on the Xbox One. In addition, Mike Ybarra, director of Program Management, has tweeted something about time that some gamers speculate may be related to the game being backward compatible.

Hopefully, there will be more information regarding this mystery next week.
