(Photo: Reuters/Jason Reed)The West Front of the U.S. Capitol is pictured on the eve of the second inauguration of U.S. President Barack Obama in Washington, January 20, 2013.

A crowd of 800,000 to 900,000 people will witness history as President Barack Obama becomes the nation's first African-American president to welcome a second term and deliver a second inaugural address at the Inaugural ceremony Monday.

Witnesses will fill the National Mall to watch the ceremony, which comes one day after Obama took the oath of presidency at the White House and officially began his second term.

On Monday before noon, Obama will again be sworn in by Chief Justice John G. Roberts. While the president took the oath Sunday on a Bible belonging to Michelle Obama's family, he will be using two Bibles: one from President Lincoln and the other from the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.--seen as appropriate choices since his inaugural ceremony coincides with Martin Luther King holiday.

Myrlie Evers-Williams, the widow of slain civil rights leader Medgar Evans, will deliver the invocation to begin the service. Her prayer will be followed by a performance by James Taylor.

The 57th Presidential Inaugural Ceremony schedule of events is as follow:
