Batman vs Superman became the most talked about movie during the last San Diego Comic-Con 2014 following that Warner Bros. unveiled the official photos of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.

Zack Snyder triggered all the buzz when he tweeted images of the heroine's new look before the Warner Bros' Comic-Con presentation kicked off.

The revelation of Gal Gadot's attire as Wonder Woman immediately garnered 7,000 retweets, while the first teaser of the movie where Batman lit up the Bat signal and sees Superman hovering with red eyes, garnered nearly a quarter of a million mentions during the event.

In July, Batman vs Superman also unwrapped the new look of Henry Cavill's superhero character, no red trunks and no yellow belt.

Meanwhile, Gal Gadot was spotted working out with Jason Momoa, the actor rumored to be playing the role of Aquaman in the movie.

While it the two actors were not seen in the same picture, Wonder Woman and rumored Aqua Man posted images of themselves in an in-door rock-climbing facility on the same day.

HNGN has also mentioned that the movie is presently shooting a major scene in an area in Michigan, where destroyed buses and police vehicles can be seen.

The set of Batman vs Superman is reportedly blocked off from fans and bloggers that want to post leaked scenes of the movies online.

The movie is a sequel to 2013's Man of Steel mega hit, and will feature a stellar cast that include Henry Cavill (Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Jeremy Irons (Alfred) and Laurence Fishburne (Perry White).

Zack Snyder, the man behind 300, Sucker Punch and Man of Steel is taking the director's helm.

Batman vs Superman will premiere in the United States on May 6, 2016.
