Trish (Rachael Taylor) will meet her ex-lover Will Simpson (Wil Traval), aka Nuke, again in the upcoming season of "Jessica Jones."

As per Game N Guide, Nuke is being touted as the next biggest villain after Kilgrave (David Tennant). With the mind-controlling antagonist now out of the picture, Jessica will reportedly find a very dangerous opponent in Trish's former boyfriend. Will was in Jessica's corner in the last installment. He also believed that people needed to be protected from the evils of the world. Unfortunately, Will turned dark when he became obsessed with power. He and Jessica also started to butt heads over the best way to tackle a case.

Will showed no mercy in killing enemies, but Jessica lived by her principles that everyone deserves a second chance, even misguided souls. They especially did not see eye to eye on how to defeat Kilgrave.

Later on, Will returned to IGH. He continued to take the pills that gave the soldiers superpowers. Against his doctor's advice, Will started to recklessly ingest the drug and had an overdose. He became violent and started killing innocent people. Jessica had to take him down with Trish's help and he has not been seen ever since.

Will is expected to return in the new installment, wanting to get revenge. He will want to target Jessica, and Trish as well if she gets in his way. There is an off chance though that he will remember their past.

Trish will do anything for Jessica, even if it means killing the man she once loved. Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg previously revealed the two women's friendship would be as tight as ever. She also hinted that Trish will start to discover her superhero powers. What are the odds that viewers may see her transform as Hellcat?

"Trish has everything — beauty, grace, success and she's educated — she has everything you could possibly want, except powers. Jessica has the powers. She's very comfortable with those powers. One of the places that we're never going is her going, 'Oh, I don't want to have powers anymore.' ... For Trish, it's, 'What I could do if I had your powers,'" the EP told Entertainment Weekly.

"Jessica Jones" season 2 is expected to return in 2018.
