Netflix has finally released a first look at one of its hit series, "Orange is the new Black," and it looks like season 5 will start with a bang.

Netflix has unveiled the sneak peek at "Orange is the Black" via YouTube. The video is not the usual trailer where fans can really get a first look at some of the different scenes from the forthcoming season. Rather, the teaser focuses on just one scene, making it more intense.

The video opens with the inmates at Litchfied Penitentiary in an uproarious circle. In the teaser, Daya Diaz (Dascha Polanco) is shown holding a gun. She is pointing the gun at Thomas Humphrey (Michael Torpey) while every inmate is gathered around them.

Piper Chapman (Taylor Schilling) and Alex Vause (Laura Prepon) are then shown. While approaching the room, the two discuss their plan to stay out of trouble. Alex agrees and adds that if there is something wrong going on, they should "turn around and walk the other way." "We are out of the business," she added.

However, when they arrived at the scene, Piper is shocked to see what is happening. "If this is real riot, do you think this is a step forward or backward for equality?" she asks Alex. Even so, Alex looks like she is not interested. She tells Piper that she does not care and insists to leave just like what they have planned.

The video then cuts to the first scene where Daya is holding a gun. She tells the inmates to be quiet, but the inmates remain uninterrupted. The scene cuts and a gunshot is heard.

"Orange is the New Black" season 5 will pick up where the previous season left off, and the entire season will focus on a condensed time frame

Will Daya shoot Thomas? Fans will find out once "Orange is the New Black" season 5 premieres on June 9.
