(titanfall.com)"Titanfall 2" to release a new DLC soon

Respawn Entertainment reassures "Titanfall 2" players about another free downloadable content (DLC) that it plans to release this month.

In the latest community update that was posted on the game's official website, the game developer reminded players that it is still committed to supporting "Titanfall 2" with free contents, new Prime Titans, and other in-game items.

The game developer also mentioned on the post that the next Frontier News Network community update will be released on Thursday, March 23, and it will finally provide the first information regarding the next DLC release for March. It also mentioned that more details about its DLC road map will be announced by April.

Aside from its planned DLC releases, Respawn also talked about what players should look forward to in the game's future. "Outside of the studio, we are exploring new ideas that expand the Titanfall universe with partners like Nexon, who is currently working on other Titanfall projects, including a free-to-play version of Titanfall for Korea," the game developer states on the post.

It also promised to come up with better ways to disseminate more details about the game and communicate better with the community. Included in its plans is a series of video Q&A that will begin next month, as well as to come up with developer blogs, among others.

"Our goal is to start providing regular content that gives more insight into the people and work they do at Respawn and give a more satisfying feedback loop to players so that their voices feel heard," Respawn also states.

More details about the plans for the game are expected to be announced soon.

"Titanfall 2" was first released by Respawn Entertainment and EA for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in October 2016. It earned multiple nominations from different award-giving bodies, including Best Online Multiplayer from the Game Critics Award, which it won in 2016.
