Pokemon Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire rumors: Release date November 30; Delta Emerald included?
Recent rumors suggest that Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (ORAS) has received a release date for November 30, according to a news article on Slashgear.
Pokemon ORAS was teased in early May and as the month is coming to a close, there are already pre-orders in online stores like NewEgg and Amazon.
New rumors also suggest that Delta Emerald will be joining ORAS on the Nintendo 3DS in November. The rumors came out after Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GameFreak trademarked the Delta title for as of yet unkown reasons.
Furthermore, in the U.S., Pokemon Delta Emerald was also registered at similar to the time as Pokemon ORAS domains were registered. Though not yet confirmed to be an actual game release, because Nintendo did the same with Water Blue which was not released, the Japanese game company might have prepared this as a surprise for fans.
While being a remake of the famous Game Boy Advance Pokemon in 2003, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is set to come with the new Pokemon X and Y look, and presented in 3D. Reports said it will not be an X and Y sequel, but a third-gen remake. So far, there are no details about Delta Emerald in this regard.
Pokemon fans are excited however to see Delta Emerald mentioned, whether or not it is slated to be an actual game, especially to those who prefer the story of Emerald and the fight between two teams. Lastly, it's also possible Pokemon Delta Emerald ends up as an X and Y and ORAS sequel.
With more content still lurking inside Pokemon X and Y, fans are contently waiting for word of a Pokemon game sequel.
