'The Sims 4' news:'City Living' expansion brings lots of extra activities
Careers, festivals and apartments, these are just some of the major additions brought to "The Sims 4" by the "City Living" expansion pack, but there are more things for players to try out if they are looking to take up a new hobby.
For those players who feel like their Sim could stand to get a little more exercise, they can go ahead, venture outdoors and step onto the basketball court.
Players can opt to hone their basketball skills on their own by shooting, or they can also decide to make a real game out of it, invite other friends to the court and engage in a lively round of hoops.
If players get good enough at "The Sims 4's" own brand of basketball, they can even attempt to go after The Trophy of 73. Players have to make sure their skills are really top notch before they take on this challenge, however, as the only way to earn The Trophy of 73 is to win 73 basketball competitions, according to a recent post on the EA help site.
Once players get tired of playing outside, they can continue to have fun inside thanks to the new video game console that's been added via the "City Living" expansion pack.
Different types of video games will be made available to players, including a racing title and even a role-playing game. There's also something to be gained from sinking significant amounts of time into this activity as well as it can improve a Sim's Video Gaming Skill.
Players who are eager to show off their Sim's improved gaming skills can then opt to join special competitions to see just how they stack up to the other gamers living inside this virtual world.
More details about the other additions that could be released for "The Sims 4" should be made available in the near future.
