'Tom Clancy's The Division' Beta news: Much-awaited closed Beta is now set to happen later this month

The much awaited Beta launch date for the highly anticipated game, "Tom Clancy's The Division," has finally been revealed. However, it seems like players on the Microsoft Xbox One platform will get to try the IP a day earlier than everyone else on the Sony's PlayStation 4 and on the PC, according to the official post made by Ubisoft on their website.

This Beta for "The Division" will run from Jan. 28 on the Xbox One, and Jan. 29 for the PS4 and PC, to the last day of the month.

For the eager fans who would like to try out the Beta, they must first have a code access to reserve a guaranteed slot. Those who already bought the Humble Bundle last week, with the Beta access, can now enter the code on Ubisoft's main page, as well as the ones who already pre-ordered the game.

Meanwhile, players who don't have the access code can still register on the website to join the waiting list. Unfortunately, this method will not guarantee a 100 percent slot, and it might even be limited for the registered participants.

"Tom Clancy's The Division" is now set to be launched on March 8, 2016, after the many delays Ubisoft had encountered during the early to mid-production of the game.

Gamers who are unaware about the game can check out the trailer that Ubisoft released a couple of days back where it showcased some of the features they can find in the game.

It features many new contents into the game like the expanding safe zones as the story progresses, high-tech guns like the remotely controlled gun turrets, deployable barricades to take cover when under fire, and a human seeking grenade that rolls over to the enemy and explode. No word yet if these details will be present during the Beta of the game.
