A new downloadable content character pack is now available to download for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports of "WWE 2K17" and it brings some of the WWE's rising stars.

Known as the "NXT Enhancement Pack," this newly available downloadable contains two former NXT Superstars and one who currently stands as the brand's top performer.

Starting with the Superstar who is still at NXT, by getting the new DLC pack, PS4 and Xbox One players can finally add current NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura to their rosters.

Nakamura has been one of the developmental brand's headliners ever since he made his debut earlier this year.

In the short time he's been at NXT, he's already feuded with Superstars such as Sami Zayn and Austin Aries and he's currently embroiled in yet another heated rivalry with former NXT Champion Samoa Joe.

Next up, the "NXT Enhancement Pack" also features current Monday Night RAW Superstar Nia Jax.

After debuting in NXT and taking on the likes of Bayley and current NXT Women's Champion Asuka, Jax has since been drafted to Monday Night Raw where she is now starting to establish herself.

The last of the three new Superstars "WWE 2K17" players can get via the "NXT Enhancement Pack" is Apollo Crews.

Crews made his NXT debut back in 2015 and his run there included battles with Baron Corbin as well as a title match with Finn Balor. Crews then made his way up to the main roster earlier this year, and he has since been drafted to SmackDown Live.

Along with the three Superstars, the new DLC pack also comes with a points boost that players can use while competing in NXT in MyCareer mode.

Notably, Nakamura, Jax and Crews were also made available to players who got the "NXT Edition" of the game, but for those who opted against doing so, they can now purchase the "NXT Enhancement Pack" for $9.99.

One last thing, as Attack of the Fanboy pointed out, the "NXT Enhancement Pack" is not covered by the season pass, so PS4 and Xbox One players will need to purchase this character pack separately.
