Two new AMD Radeon RX graphics cards are set to be released within the next few days, in the form of the RX 460 and the RX 470.

Specifically, folks can expect to see the RX 470 first, with that graphics card currently set to be released on Aug. 4, and the RX 460 arriving a few days after that on Aug. 8, Venture Beat reported.

Following in the footsteps of the previously released RX 480, the two upcoming graphics cards are similarly expected to be reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, prices for both graphics cards have yet to be confirmed, though they are expected to come in below the $200 mark, positioning them as some of the more economical options available out there on the market for PC gamers looking for significant upgrades.

Moving on now to what the graphics cards are capable of, the RX 470 is designed to provide "high visuals and high frame rates," according to AMD.

The RX 470 graphics card boasts a base clock speed of 926 MHz with a boost rate that tops out at 1206 MHz. The upcoming graphics card's peak performance can climb all the way to 4.9 teraflops.

As for the RX 460, AMD is positioning this particular graphics card as the "ideal solution" for gamers who are looking to take part in extended play sessions of popular titles such as "DOTA 2" and "League of Legends."

The RX 460's base clock speed stands at 1090 MHz, with its boost rate going all the way up to 1200 MHz. The peak performance of the Radeon RX 460 tops out at around 2.2 teraflops.

Both graphics cards also feature AMD's Freesync Technology, along with DirectX 12 and Vulkan support. These additions figure to help the graphics cards deliver the sought-after experiences that gamers want to enjoy
