Apple Music comes with good and bad features

The release of the Apple Music app and the streaming music service from Apple was met with a huge number of reviews. Unfortunately for Apple, not all the reviews are good. Many have noted that its features are too complex while others stated that the company made a mistake by simply including too many in the app.

The Apple Music is fairly easy to use at the start. Users simply have to enter the app to see the five main sections available. Clicking the "My Music" section will present users with a number of genres and artists from which they can make their pick. People can also head over to the "For You" section to check any recommendations that Apple has for them based on their preferences.

Radio is another feature that the Apple Music app got right. Users are allowed access to the Beats 1 radio station for free, even if they do not choose to subscribe to the main streaming service after the initial three-month free trial period is over.

Another good feature is the "Connect." It can be used to connect with artists, who use the section to share videos and photos.

Clicking on another major section in the app titled "New," however, is when things start getting complicated. Aside from all the features inisde the section are a number of other playlists that users do not know came from. Another less-than-stellar feature of the Apple Music app, that caught the attention of users not long after it was released was the playlists that were being suggested at random and popping up in various areas.

Adding to the frustration of users is Apple's lack of directions. The tech giant have not yet provided users with any guidelines or tips on how to use the App, as well as, on how to find their way through the playlists.
