'Clash of Clans' September 2016 update not set to be released this week: what to expect

It looks like "Clash of Clans" players will be waiting for the next major update for at least a while longer, as even Sneak Peeks of it still have no currently set release date.

Over on the official Supercell forums, moderator "LachNessMeownster" shut down rumors that Sneak Peeks of the upcoming update would go live this week.

Unfortunately, while the moderator did inform players that the Sneak Peeks aren't coming out this week, "LachNessMeownster" also provided no hints related to when they may be made available.

Sadly, no new details being provided when it comes to the rumored September update is something players have had to deal with over the last few weeks.

Even when Supercell shared new details related to a specific game addition they are currently working on, the previously confirmed Clan Challenge, the developers did not indicate whether it would be included as an element of the next "Clash of Clans" update.

At this point, players don't even have any idea of what could be included in the next game update.

Considering that there aren't too many days left in September, and it's not even guaranteed that Sneak Peeks of the next update will go live next week, it may be time for players to adjust their expectations when it comes to the rumored content drop.

Instead of expecting the next big update to come out this month, it may be time for players to anticipate the big October update.

Hopefully for players, Supercell will still be able to come out with the update this month, even if things aren't looking too good on that front right now. Players may even settle for just learning about what the next update will contain right now.

More details about the next "Clash of Clans" update should be made available in the near future.
