Driveclub developer Evolution Studios has reached out to fans and apologized for the lack of information about the title's PlayStation Plus Edition release.

"We can see that the majority of you can now get online, but we know that at peak times of the day it can still be hard to get connected, so we are still working to improve connectivity with every update to the servers," Driveclub Facebook post said.

"We can also see that when you do get connected, some of you are having a hard time getting into multiplayer races and that posting leaderboard results can sometimes take a lot longer than you'd expect," the developer added.

"These connectivity issues stem from the same unforeseen server problem that we've been working to get on top of since we launched DRIVECLUB, and while we are getting on top of the problem now, we are still working round the clock to keep improving gameplay for you. This means there will be regular server updates in the coming days to get all of you connected and enjoying all of DRIVECLUB all of the time."

Sony and Evolution Studios promised the free Driveclub PS Plus Edition to fans prior to the game release date earlier this month.

Driveclub PS Plus Edition was scheduled to go live early in October.

It may be recalled that Driveclub experienced serious server problems day one of its release, leaving many fans disappointed. This has also prompted Sony to halt the PS Plus entry of the PS4-exclusive car racing game.

While things are still uncertain regarding this issue, 'Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' is confirmed for as a November PS Plus offering. Game developer Tyrone Rodriguez mentioned that the game will be reflected on the list on Nov. 4 across US and Europe.

Other potential titles coming up to PS Plus next month are Mudered Soul Suspect, Sniper Elite III, Infamous Second Son, Wolfenstein, Metro Redux and Octodad: Dadliest Catch.
