'Fallout 4' news: Bethesda clarifies frame rate and graphics for the PC version

Good news for "Fallout 4" PC fans as it has been announced that there would not be any limitations for the graphics and frame rate of the next "Fallout" IP.
Last week, Digital Spy published an article with the title "Fallout 4 will run at 1080p and 30 frames-per-second on everything." Due to the reaction of the fans, Bethesda explained game director Todd Howard's statement about how the game will be 1080p "on everything" at the recently concluded E3 and clarified that it does not include the PC version.
Bethesda Softworks took to Twitter to clarify the statement and said only the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One consoles are going to have 30 frames per second (FPS) and a 1080p limitation. The tweet announced, "Fallout 4 is 1080p & 30fps on Xbox One and PS4. Resolution and FPS are not limited in any way on the PC."
Now that the announcement is clear and that the PC version is safe, what fans want to know next are the PC requirements. One user replied to one of the company's tweets and asked when they will release the details for the game's PC requirements, to which the company replied, "We will have system requirements closer to the game's November release. Stay tuned."
However, predicitons have started to come out and Game-Debate estimates the system requirements as follows:
CPU requirements – To run the game, PCs should have the Intel Core i5-760 2.8GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 970.
RAM – The system must have a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
GPU and GPU VRAM – The system must have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 GPU or an AMD Radeon R9 280.
HDD (free disk space) – The system must have at least 28GB of free hard disk drive space.
Fans should remember to take these information with a grain of salt, as these specs have not yet to be confirmed by the game developer.
"Fallout 4" is set to be released on November 10 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
