Rockstar Games has yet to reveal the release date of patch 1.16 for GTA Online 5, while rumor mills are churning out details and speculations of the approaching update.

YouTuber NoahJ456 posted a video showing dates of all DLC that has been discharged, and came up with an average of 27 days.

Since today is Day 27 since the last update, many are eagerly waiting for a possible release anytime within the week.

Fanboys have taken their wishlists to online forums.

"If you die during a mission you do not qualify for the money at the end of the mission. Also for every percent of health lost is $100 less you make at the end of the mission. So if you do Pot Shot and you loose 50% of you health then you will make $5500. If the amount is greater than the payout of the mission then you will make nothing," one commenter posted.

Others have expressed a strong desire to see a handful of updates with the upcoming patch 1.16, including North Yankton DLC, Military-style clothing and accessories, more helicopters and planes, mansions and unlimited houses, night clubs or strip clubs, crew colored rims for cars, Go Karts, workouts and building muscles and the much-awaited Heists updates.

There are also those who are expecting of bug fixes such as glitches seen in potshot and prolongation of driving time to at least 2 to 3 minutes before reaching the objective of the missions.

Meanwhile, GTA 5 Online is gearing up for launch on next-gen consoles (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) this November.

Rockstar is notorious for not making any announcements of release date, and just dropping updates straight just like what they did with "I'm Not a Hipster" and the "Independence Day Special."
