GTA 6 will get a 2017 release date and will be called "Return to Vice City" according to rumors.

Thu rumor mills are back to grinding juicy reports regarding Grand Theft Auto VI saying that the exact launch date will be in June of 2017.

Speculations around GTA 6 could have been spurred by this video posted on YouTube claiming that the game would likely be released during last month's E3 2014.

However, there was no direct confirmation from Rockstar Games of the sixth installment of Grand Theft Auto.

The company is more focused now on the upcoming launch of the next-generation systems of GTA 5 this fall.

Serious upgrades in every aspect of the graphics, from draw distance shading and anti-aliasing were seen in the gameplay trailer.

Rockstar Games promises GTA 5 for PS4 and Xbox One to be the most dynamic and open worlds ever created in the industry, with players being able to transfer saved data from the last-gen game – from Xbox 360 to Xbox One or PS3 to PS4.

GTA 5 also introduced the new "I'm Not a Hipster" DLC for its Grand Auto Theft Online multiplayer mode. The DLC feature around seven new rides that will bring that classic nostalgia and weapons such as Vintage Pistol and Antique Cavalry Dagger.

It is likely that Rockstar Games will provide update on the possible development of GTA 6 after GTA 5 has been launched on next-gen platforms.

Meanwhile, GTA Online is one with the entire nation in celebrating Independence Day on July 4.

To commemorate the event, Rockstar has launched "The Independence Day Special" in "association" with fictious in-game merchant "Ammu Nation."

Players can ride new star spangled rides, like the Sovereign motorcycle and the Liberator monster truck.

The weaponry has also been updated with some antique collectives, including a high-powered Musket and Firepower Rocket Launcher.

Patriotic flare is all over GTA town as you see characters sporting "Made in the U.S.A." t-shirts, a backwoods mullet and lets the eagle soar with an animal mask.
