More details about the HTC One M10 are starting to surface. Although unconfirmed, these bits of information are quite interesting and should be enough to build the hype for the next release from the Taiwan tech company.

A report from Techtastic.nl stated that the "One M10" name is already confirmed as the name for the upcoming device. It is still an unofficial name, but it was spotted in the drop-down list of devices included in an HTC online survey.

Apart from the name, a sample photo taken from the device's camera was also released and this should provide consumers a pretty good idea how good of a shooter the One M10 is.

The camera was able to take a decent photo of a keyboard, showing sharp details of the edge of the keyboard keys. According to the report, One M10 has an improved camera feature compared to the One M9, with an aperture of f/1.9 versus M9's f/2.2. Still, HTC needs to catch up with LG G5's f/1.8 and Samsung Galaxy S7's f/1.7 if it needs to stay on top of its rivals.

Previous rumors suggest that the camera will have a 12-megapixel resolution, which somehow matches the current report.

The HTC One M10 was previously expected to be unveiled last month at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. However, other reports mentioned that the date has been pushed to March. Later on, another set of reports surfaced, stating that One M10 will be introduced on Apr. 11.

At this point, nothing is certain but HTC is determined to let its followers know that they intend to introduce a much better phone, adding that the company is "obsessed" about working in the lab, as heard in a teaser trailer from HTC Turkey.

The video ends daring and teasing viewers to find out what this obsession is about. More updates about the HTC One M10 are expected to pop up soon.
